Online photos do not make this furniture justice. These were a 22st birthday gift and probably one of the best gifts I have ever gotten. The Headboard is beautiful, strong, but still smooth. The perfect color in a perfect Headboard. Absolutely beautiful, and the perfect size. You will love this furniture! Especially in the sale price!
Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating
Selection says it all no matter which room were shopping for it always comes back to wayfair. We've bought a Headboard and to many small items to list through Wayfair. The standard shipping or drop delivery for big items it has always gone great that gives me piece of mind not having to worry about lost items. I'll keep shopping through Wayfair because it's easy, safe and the prices are very fair.
I was so excited to get these after reading the reviews, it is so hard to find great Headboard online and I don't have time to go shopping. I tried them on right away and thought the fit was amazing.
I have purchased multiple home furnishing items from Wayfair over the past 12 months. My very first purchase was a Headboard, one I had priced locally and found on Wayfair for less than half the retail cost. When the Headboard arrived, it had shipping damage. I immediately contacted Wayfair who had a team pick up the Headboard the next morning and they had a new one in my house within a week. To ensure that the replacement was in good condition, they provided in home delivery at no cost. Everything was perfect and we love this Headboard.

After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Headboard was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Headboard are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
Every single time I've dealt with Wayfair, I've had an outstanding experience. And, they are dealing with a Karen. Seriously, they are nice, accommodating and do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. These Headboard is a classic. The color is beautiful, too. Overall, I'm glad I bought it. East Urban Home Victorian Upholstered Panel Headboard is smart and worth the dollar. These Headboard were perfect, I get compliments on it all the time and I'm sure this will be my favorite Headboard. It was worth every penny! Buy buy buy!
